Demonstrated here is a die-cutting and slitting machine that we have recently developed in house. Additionally, this machine features a reciprocating paper feed. It can run at speeds up to 60m per minute with an intermittent mode, or operate at a speed of up to 130m per minute with a full rotary mode. The unwinder is controlled by a BST correction system to ensure smooth conveying of the paper. All the unwinding, flexo varnishing, die cutting and slitting operations are automatically conducted in a single run. Add the advantages of small footprint and exceptionally high speed, this series of die cutting machine could be an ideal choice for label printing companies.

    This is a new kind of die cutting & slitting device self-developed by Zhongte. The servo control mechanism is adopted to realize high accuracy and stability for die cutting process. Several operations of paper feeding, position corrosion, filming, varnishing, die cutting and slitting can be done in one time. This intermittent die cutting machine for paper features portable design and high working efficiency.

    • Paper feeding
    The paper feeding process is controlled by the servo motor from Japanese Matsushita, with the maximum unwinding diameter to be 700mm.

    Paper position correction
    We introduce the BST correction system for the die cutting machine.

    Paper die cutting
    Only in one single run will the printing be finished with the reciprocating drive method. The die cutting speed is up to 130 m/min.

    Paper slitting
    A servo motor is utilized for an optimized control of the slitting process.

    • Paper rewinding
    Magnetic particle clutch is introduced here to control the tension. The maximum rewinding diameter is 700mm.
